What is Cash on Delivery?

With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery payment is up-to INR 500

Only Indian Rupees accepted.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India only.

Credit cards:

• We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
• To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards:

• We accept payments made using Rupay, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
• To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password or OTP (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank’s website. 

Can I use my bank’s Internet Banking feature to make a payment?

Yes, Ayurveda Abhay Awpl offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment on Ayurveda Nithya Awpl through my mobile?

Yes, you can make credit card payments through the Ayurveda Abhay Awpl mobile site and application. Ayurveda Abhay Awpl uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Cash on Delivery” Opt. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• The maximum order value for COD is up-to INR1Lac.
• Gift Cards or Store Credit cannot be used for cash on delivery orders.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR MANUAL PAYMENTS

We accept manual payments via UPI and bank transfer.

PAYMENT PROCESS:

• Step 1: Transfer the payable amount to the provided payment details on our checkout page.
• Step 2: Once the payment is made, note down the 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or UPI reference number.
• Step 3: Enter this reference number in the input box on our checkout page to confirm your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Your order will be confirmed only after we receive the payment and your reference number. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your payment is verified.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• ₹49 for orders below ₹500
• Free Delivery on orders above ₹500.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 Business Days from the date of payment confirmation.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Payment verification may take up to 24 hours. We will notify you via email or SMS once your payment is successfully processed.
